We had the absolute best setting for our wedding at the Dolphin Bay Resort! The ocean, the sunset, and that spectacular tent were the envy of all of our guests. Overall, the night was full of fun moments on the dance floor, a beautifully crafted plated dinner, and a fun candy car for guests of all ages. We worked with the event coordinator and created a personal menu that had appetizers from the banquet menu, a scaled down version of the restaurant dinner menu and our favorite part a personalized dessert trio that included our monogram and wedding date in chocolate on every dessert plate.
