If you REALLY want relaxation and a chill atmosphere, screw Tulum and drive two hours further South to Bacalar, and stay at Habitas. It's half. I'll just mention that the Jungle Gym is right next door to Villa Las Estrellas (they have a daytime restaurant, but easy walking to other. I would recommend staying near Tulum town (my boyfriend and I are in Aldea Zama right now and love it) since it's a lot cheaper than anywhere.

Sands tulum

Exterior and interior designs are a masterpiece with a lot of tiny little details that you want to keep looking at and enjoy. I literally screamed as we swam alongside a sea turtle completely on our own as most people paid for a guide and headed out in groups.
